While the public awaits the arrival of Motorola's flagship Moto X smartphone, Verizon says it is adding three other new phone models to its offerings.

Verizon unveiled its Motorola Droid Ultra, Droid Maxx and Droid Mini models Tuesday to replace the previous-generation Droid RAZR HD, RAZR Maxx HD and RAZR M smartphones, BGR.com reported.

With a contract, the Droid Mini will cost $99, the Droid Ultra $199 and the Droid Maxx $299.

The Droid Ultra features a 5-inch 720p display, 2GB of RAM, a 10-megapixel camera and a Kevlar case. The Droid Maxx is nearly identical in specs but is equipped with a much larger battery Motorola says can offer 48 hours of operation on a single charge.

The Droid Mini offers similar specifications but in a smaller form factor.

All three models will be available Aug. 20, Verizon said.
