Sunrise Solar has announced the introduction of a solar sunroof for automobiles. This unique technology replaces the traditional glass sunroof with an advanced solar replacement.

The solar sunroof will generate electricity to recharge the vehicle's batteries while simultaneously cooling the car when parked in a hot climate or warm the car when parked in a cooler climate.

In addition to the advantages of managing the internal temperature of a vehicle while not in operations, the solar sunroof could have valuable applications in the next generation of solar automobiles currently under development by auto manufacturers.

Sunrise Solar will market the solar sunroof through an agreement with Barker Communications, Inc.

"Delivering solutions that improve people's lives while reducing our dependence on foreign oil is the name of the game," said Mr. Eddie Austin, Chairman and CEO of Sunrise Solar Corp. "Our goal is to be a leader in delivering innovative products and solutions that meet our customer's energy need."
