Suntech Power Holdings and Soleos Solar have announced that they have entered into agreements for Suntech to supply Soleos with at least 6MW of modules in the first half of 2009.

David Mabille, Soleos' CEO, remarked, "We are very pleased to extend our relationship with Suntech, who has a well-earned reputation for delivering highly efficient PV products. Given the growing demand for premium-quality modules in the European market in countries such as Germany, France, Italy and Belgium, we anticipate purchasing up to 30MW of solar panels from Suntech over the course of the year."

Soleos' strong reputation for integrating high performance solar systems across Europe is supported through long-term collaborations with key suppliers. Mr. Mabille continued, "It is essential for us to have a strong partner alongside us such as Suntech. This partnership ensures a long-term, steady source of high-quality PV products for our customers."

Jerry Stokes, Suntech's President of Suntech Europe, stated, "Solar project developers worldwide are increasingly placing a premium on consistency of quality and performance, two attributes synonymous with the Suntech brand. Soleos is a strong partner in Europe and we are delighted to expand our relationship with them." Related Links
