Satamatics And Satalliance Announce Partnership

Satamatics and Satalliance have announced their strategic partnership. Satalliance, a leading provider of asset management and tracking solutions in Pakistan and South Asia, will assist Satamatics in selling solutions such as Satamatics'LandTrack.

Satalliance will leverage their in-country expertise providing local sales, technical support and installations. Satamatics LandTrack, is a multi-functional two-way asset management solution providing users with real-time journey details.

This solution also allows users to set customer defined alarms for actions such as speeding and unauthorised travel. If theset speed limit is exceeded or a vehicle goes outside of pre-set geofences then a message is automatically sent alerting of the situation.

John McQueen, Global Sales and Marketing Director for Satamatics said: "This agreement gives us great opportunity to develop and expand further into the South Asian market. Satalliance has a wealth of expertise and country knowledge and with an already successful tracking solutions business it makes them an ideal route tomarket."

Astra Microwave Wins Order From Indian Meteorological Department

Astra Microwave Products has announced that it has received an INR 255 million order from the Indian Meteorological Department. The order is for the supply, installation, and commissioning of remote unmanned automatic remote weather stations in 550 locations across India.
