Renusol America Releases New Mounting Solution
by Staff Writers
Atlanta GA (SPX) Dec 14, 2011

All Renusol CS60 mounting systems are made from recycled plastics, easily transported and require no roof penetration with the addition of ballast.

Renusol America has announced the next generation of the groundbreaking, 'one-size-one panel' non-penetrating ballast mounting systems for flat roof applications.

The next-generation Renusol CS60 features several advantages that save time and costs for installers, while increasing their installation capacity:

+ The racking and mounting system has 23% fewer components and significantly reduces the cost of fasteners needed for assembly, while reducing labor costs with less time needed to fasten the modules to the CS 60 mounting system.

+ Vertical load strength has been increased by more than 39%, from 720 lbf to over 1,000 lbf

+ Made completely of durable high molecular weight polyethylene (HMWPE), the direct PV panel to base connection eliminates the need for the customer to ground any mounting system components.

+ The Renusol CS60 is 100% ARRA/Buy American compliant.

All Renusol CS60 mounting systems are made from recycled plastics, easily transported and require no roof penetration with the addition of ballast. Specifically enhanced and wind tunnel tested for the U.S. market, the Renusol CS60 line more evenly spreads point load weight across the roof surface.

With only one Renusol CS60 needed for every PV module, roof design layouts and job inventory can now be 'sized per panel', streamlining project engineering and reducing installation costs.

"The Renusol CS 60 further simplifies PV panel racking and mounting for our integrator, installer and distribution partners," states Renusol CEO and President, Bart Leusink.

"The 'one size, one panel' design of the Renusol CS60 line is really taking hold across the country."
