PropertyMaps.com Enhances Online Real Estate Search By Including Parcel Boundaries

At PropertyMaps.com, visitors can now use the Google Map search engine to see the exact lot size for any listed property in the Digital Map Products database, which currently covers more than 500 U.S. counties. The service is expected to grow to encompass 1,000 counties and more than 100 million parcels.

PropertyMaps.com has announced a new partnership with Digital Map Products that allows buyers, sellers, investors and real estate professionals to see the actual boundaries of more than 80 million land parcels. "This is a major enhancement to our real estate search service," said company founder and president, J. Matthew Beck.

"It will provide online access to hundreds of thousands of undeveloped properties, vacant lots and rural large-acreage listings - a vital function for consumers and the real estate community."

PropertyMaps.com is a user-friendly, one-stop-shop Web site that allows consumers to quickly search the actual Multiple Listing Service (MLS) databases used by Realtors nationwide by using popular mapping tools such as Google Maps, Google Earth, and Microsoft Virtual Earth.

PropertyMaps currently has 1.3 million listings and expects to reach 2.2 million by the end of June.
