JinkoSolar Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement for a 200MW Project

JinkoSolar Holding has announced that it has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the local government of Lingwu City ("Lingwu"), Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, to develop a 200 MW ground-mounted PV power plant.

Under the terms of the agreement, JinkoSolar will invest and build PV industrial base in Lingwu. JinkoSolar will build a 200MW ground-mounted PV power plant and invest in a number of PV related supporting facilities in Lingwu.

The project will begin contraction according to the approval status of the local Development and Reform Commission, allowing for the power generated from the plant to be connected to the State Grid. The investment related to the project is expected to be approximately RMB 4.6 billion.
