Hexagon Acquires Fleet Management Machine Control Company

Hexagon has acquired all outstanding shares in the Swedish software company Viewserve AB.

Viewserve is a well-established service and software company offering a web based fleet management system to the construction market.

Viewserve's web-based GPS platform facilitates monitoring of vehicles and work activities, and can be used to notify individual consumers about work carried out.

Collected information can also be used when investigating accidents and for insurance issues.

Viewserve gives the customer real time and historic information presented geographically and statistically which enables the customer to effectively optimize the utilization of resources and maximize profitability.

Viewserve was founded in 2005 and today employs 12 people.

The company is expected to have a turnover of approximately 7 MSEK in 2008 and is expected to continue to grow at double digit rates in the years to come.

Viewserve will be fully consolidated as of 23 June 2008.

Current Technology's Celevoke Updates Risk Control Initiatives With Travelers

2008 Current Technology has reported the Travelers Inland unit of The Travelers Companies had announced an innovative risk control initiative with Current Technology's 51% owned Texas-based subsidiary Celevoke that will allow Travelers customers the ability to purchase Celevoke's LunarEYE Wireless Asset Tracking and Control systems at a discount.
