Numerex has announced it has expanded its relationship with IAP Worldwide Services, Inc (IAP). The expanded relationship includes the purchase of Numerex SX1 remote monitoring sensors to incorporate into its emergency response efforts.

IAP is a leading international contractor providing global mission support for the Department of Defense and other U.S. government agencies. Headquartered in Cape Canaveral, FL, it has project sites in over 100 locations worldwide.

The SX1 is the smallest, most cost-effective, battery powered satellite-tracking tag available. The ruggedized device is designed to withstand harsh environmental extremes, and has been awarded the highest certifications available in a satellite-tracking device.
