Global Warming Solutions has provided an update on the progress of its joint testing with Solar Wind. Solar Wind and Global Warming Solutions have carried out joint testing of a solar cell prototype that promises to be very competitive on the solar market.

Silicon solar wafers produced by Solar Wind were combined with a revolutionary luminescent polymer coating developed by Global Warming Solutions, and then tested in the laboratory of the Physics Institute of Odessa University, Odessa, Ukraine. Efficiency measurements of these prototypes showed a 15-20% growth of electrical power.

"These are exciting results," said Global Warming Solutions COO Dr. Kornaraki. "Considering the low price of the luminescent polymer coatings we can project that the coatings will have a very large market."

Global Warming Solutions is also updating its shareholders on the progress with its previously mentioned OTCBB listing.

"We have completed our Form 10 filling which includes our audit for the last two years," said Dr. Vladimir Vasilenko, CEO of Global Warming Solutions. "We project the Form 10 will be filed with the SEC over the next few days and with that our graduation process to the OTCBB will have been initiated."
