Concert Group Logistics has announced the opening of it Greensboro, North Carolina station in April 2008. CGL Greensboro is led by brothers Mike and Steve Medley who have joined the CGL family after 11 years with Lynden International and 40 years in the freight business in the Greensboro area.

Under the leadership of Mike and Steve, the Greensboro station is taking customer service to the next level. Mike states, "We pride ourselves in our ability to work closely with customers in order to provide solutions tailored to their unique transport needs.

Our personalized approach has helped us maintain successful relationships with our customers and has made the transition to the new station smooth." In fact, this customized approach has led to 100% customer retention.

The Greensboro station owns and operates its own equipment and warehousing, and is also contracted with over 500 different truck carriers linked together through GPS. "If one of our own trucks isn't in the area, we guarantee we will find the most suitable alternate carrier there is," says Mike. "No request is too large. We are flexible in order to best serve our customers with quick and reliable service."

Gerry Post, president at CGL, sees the Greensboro station as an ideal transportation hub for modern businesses both domestic and international. "The Greensboro station is a strong team with an extensive background in the logistics industry. We believe Greensboro will open new doors for CGL and prove to be a leader in transportation logistics as well as within the CGL network."
