New U.S. space mining law may violate international treaty

One company is especially happy with the space mining legislation signed into law on Wednesday, the company that stands to profit the most. Planetary Resouces welcomed the newly passed U.S. Commercial Space Launch Competitiveness Act, or the U.S. Space Act, with open arms.
