India Developing Winged Reusable Rocket

India is developing a winged reusable rocket and the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has configured a Technology Demonstrator as a first step towards realising it, the space agency said in a report. India's space scientists have already configured a winged Reusable Launch Vehicle Technology Demonstrator (RLV-TD). When astronauts aboard the Space Shuttle Endeavor docked with the International Space Station on Feb. 10, more than 200 miles above the Atlantic west of Portugal, part of their mission was to collect a sample from an experiment conducted by University of Arizona College of Engineering researchers.
